A special local Easter delicacy of Kapetaniana village, where simplicity highlights the quality of the ingredients and the homemakers’ tradition. It is prepared in a clay vessel where the meat, combined with rice and local herbs, is slow-baked in the oven for hours-sometimes a whole day-accompanying the Easter table and its celebrations.
